Support the Garden

The Garden tells an important story in a different way.

Each year millions of women are diagnosed with breast cancer and embark upon their own journey. I was lucky enough to be able to document my story in a different way. I knew at the beginning of my diagnosis, that getting through this would mean building connections. Reading the stories of those who had walked this all-too-well-trodden path before me lessened that feeling of isolation. I wanted so deeply to document my story, but to tell it with more than just words.

Every element of each image and each word of each chapter is carefully considered and heavy with meaning. I want nothing more than to share this story through my photographs and words in the hope that it will provide a connection to those on similar journeys and an insight into this world for others.
